One of the things we like the best in Zihuatanejo is the relaxed attitude that permeates the town and its residents. The weeks around Christmas are the busiest of the year yet this store owner was reading a newspaper rather than try and get us into his store. That would never have happened in other Mexican cities that we have visited, especially during the busy time.
