Mid-Life Crisis, and I'm only eight!

So, to Auld Reekie this afternoon for a walk and general nosey about.

After a small indulgence in Pizza Express we found ourselves in RedDog Music in the Grassmarket. Almost immediately we were trying out amazing drum machines and keyboards - positively encouraged by the laid-back staff!

After the Mrs had informed me that I couldn't spend £2.5K on a drum-kit (on the somewhat spurious grounds that I can't play) we found the acoustic guitar section.

A guitar for our son was always on the agenda, so here it is. Look out Rock World - here he comes.

Bought a grown-up one too...apparently we will share and learn together.
