A rather large tree

M and I took a walk to get some fresh air and exercise after all the food the last two days...it was +5° C and no wind, so it was really a lovely walk.

This view is from South Island towards Old Town in Stockholm. The Christmas tree to the right is supposed to be the world's largest - 38 m tall. It is a real Norway spruce tree - but "improved" with extra branches to make it denser.

The water you see is part of the Baltic Sea. The church towers are from left to right: Santa Clara, German church (or Santa Gertrud) and "Big church" (Storkyrkan).

To the right of the Christmas tree you can see the Grand Hotel.
