Raise a Glass

Happy New Year Everyone!

I managed to stay up for the bells and even a bit longer. The impromptu, but impressive, 3.30am fireworks from one of the neighbours soon woke me up though!

Had a bit of a feast today with the main attraction being "Coca-Cola Ham" (would have taken a picture but can never get food to look nice in a photo). This was prepared last night but meant I had to try and find somewhere open at 8.20pm on New Year's Eve to buy more Coca-Cola as we hadn't bought quite enough. Thankfully after ½ hour driving I spotted Shell garage was still open so it's a happy, and very tasty, ending!
