The Factory

It has been pretty overcast in Manchester today and then I found out why. Just a couple of miles down the road I discovered The Cloud Factory. This was as close as I could get because of the guards and dogs on the perimeter but it does explain the dense cloud cover.
In fact the truth is just as strange because of the low cloud ceiling whatever this factory was producing,presumably steam of some sort, just formed a layer beneath cloud and stayed there. (I prefer The Cloud Factory explanation but without the guard scenario)
