Another go at lentil loaf

As most of my friends know I don't cook! But I decided to make a lentil loaf the other week which I remember my Nan making many years ago. It didn't really come out if the loaf tin in one piece but it was yummy. Today was my second attempt. This time I lined the tin with baking paper rather than butter and this meant that I could just lift it out. Well that's my breaktime snacks sorted out for school this week!
