It's not easy...

...being the fairy on the top of the tree.

You get stuffed in a plastic bag up in the loft for fifty weeks of the year and only brought out when it's time for the big man in red to come along.

Then you get hoisted up on top of an unfeasibly high tree, only to get the topmost branch shoved up your jacksy. And you have to stay like that for a fortnight.

Not pleasant, I tell you.
And do I complain?
Not at all.

Not even about the nausea brought on by being stuck up here, VERTIGO they call it. I'm so far up here, the room is spinning and the people look like ants, I tell you.
