be careful what you wish for

aye well, it snowed a bit more overnight... as in, 2-3 inches lying in the middle of the city! which is unusual in the extreme, esp since it's failing to melt away while the sun is out (that'd be because it's bloody freezing, i expect). 95% of the population is loving it, there are armies of snowmen in the park and dozens of sledgers. i'm wandering thru it on my way to work, wondering who will have failed to make it in and thus whose work i'll be doing on top of my own. snow is a lot more fun when you have weekends off!
