Evening Walk

Bailey loved today's walk. Lots of fresh smells thanks to the rain. Our feet got a little muddy, so we went around the block after going up the hill near the highway, hoping that the extra mile would knock a little dirt off our feet. It was good getting out, and Bailey's feet are clean, but my sneakers seem to be mud magnets, so I've left them outside to dry.

It's been a good day of rearranging furniture and going through boxes. Everything other than actually getting started with preparations for the spring semester. The theory is that with the newfound organization and the new computer environs, and the combined feelings of urgency and relaxation brought on by my various procrastination activities, the necessary things will get done efficiently, eventually.
