As promised!

Mum said yesterday that I could have a piece of chocolate cake today, and she kept her promise. Tucking into chocolate cake rounded off a lovely day. First of all we went to see if the library was open, but it was still closed for the holidays. We went to Gran and Papa's for lunch and then Mum took me to Jo Jingles, which started back today. Mum asked Louisa's Mum if they wanted to go too, and they did because Louisa is still off nursery. We had great fun - we sang songs, did some dancing, played instruments (bells and drums), waved around colourful streamers and chased bubbles. Both Louisa and I joined in with everything! Afterwards, Mum and I went back to Louisa's house. Louisa and I played together very nicely all day. We drew pictures and shared everything. Our mums were very impressed! Mum is back to work tomorrow, so it's back to normal routine for me too.

Orla's Dad is already back to work, and today is one of his busiest of the year so he's still not home yet. So tonight's photo is courtesy of mummy, who decided to be brave and take the photo on manual setting. The result can probably be most kindly described as "experimental"!
