risotto! Just about to get it started.

First day back at work today but nice and quiet apart from a nasty aftershock which rocked the building I was in - all in a day's work for us in Christchurch.

PS (later) and it did taste great, made even better by the fact that my daughter said "I will cook it mum, you sit down". Heaven.....
