Steamed Steak and Onion Pudding

Steamed pudding of suet pastry. Layered caramelised onion and steak flavoured with Worcester sauce.
I have not made these for a few years and I am going to cook them tonight when I get back to work for evening service. If they turn out nice I will post the result here too!
