Giant Robot Rampages through Edinburgh Square

This giant Mr Snow Robot was originally installed in St Andrew Square to bring a little festive snow to the city just before Christmas. Every so often it goes off and emits torrents of snow.

Of course the city faced white out from real snow and Mr Snow Robot sort of lost his appeal.

I pass him daily and always give him five minutes to see whether he will emit anything. So far I have seen no emissions. Perhaps Mr Snow Robot is fed up with snow as well?
