Running water

With all the recent cold weather, the water in our garage froze. With the thaw, we developed a leak. Not a big leak, but a leak nevertheless. I fixed the leak today and restored running water. Crisis averted.

According to Water Aid, 884 000 000 people do not have access to safe water. That's a real crisis. The fix for that problem is a rather bigger task.
