Behind the scenes is Gordon the Brown rat

Today was always going to be easier than the day before, first of all the girls were very tired last night having not recovered from a lack of sleep the night before and I also managed to sleep well.

I was delighted to see snow fall on the way into work. Fantastic I thought, I could really do wthi another 6 weeks of sub-arctic temperatures. Alas, it didn't lie, for now but we have been warned.

Tonight we all did something we have been waiting for nearly nine months. Oh yes we did.
Oh yes we did .....
Oh yes we did ..... good grief you are useless!

We went to the pantomime. Pretty much the entire family, number 1 son was at home with his Godmother, sister's family and nephew and niece we all went along to laugh, sing and have the entire audience look at us, well stand up child #2.

It was a class act as usual and the mega cherry on the cake was being shown behind the stage afterwards by the resident baddie who adorns buses and scares children, albeit in a nice manner. The children were kind of mesmerized and we saw some of the props, here you can see Gordon (the) Brown (rat) and various other things. I didn't want to take too many photos although there were loads to be taken.

Great stuff, bit of a perfect end to our Christmas holidays.
