The Six Dollar Poinsettia

A couple of weeks before Christmas, I bought a poinsettia in the supermarket for all of six bucks. We abandoned it for 10 days over the holiday and it's still as beautiful as ever. I knew when I bought it that I'd be photographing the leaves eventually :)

The leaf is still on the plant and it's illuminated only by window light.
