Glorious

What a wonderful sunny morning.

Hope it's sunny where you are. It's definitely a 'good to be alive' day today. We went for a long walk. Noah was snug in his off-road pushchair and H had a big stick to poke things...and a daddy who doesn't mind making a fool of himself sliding on ice so all was right with the world :-) I saw these gorgeous little helicopter seeds which are managing to survive the winter. The sun was streaming through them and for some reason they were giving off an oriental vibe.

I added a delicate texture to give a silk screen effect. It seemed to suit the subject.

Oh...and for Sub Sunday I recommend David Clunas who does some fabulous abstract narrow DoF work. Really soothing images and very creative.
