Gabe Leaping (after Lartigue)

A fun day out in Hull today, a city I last visited over 10 years ago (despite only being about 40 miles away). I was very impressed with the 'new look' since I was last there, with a fine new shopping centre, the usual but welcome coffee shops, and the free and fascinating Ferens Art Gallery..which was always there of course!
I took this pic of Gabe jumping up and down the steps on the Queen Victoria monument, and immediately thought of the iconic photo by Jacques-Henri Lartigue
After this, we all went to McD's and troughed Big Tasty's!! Too full!
