Muscle Power

A reasonably recent addition to Gravesend "Beach" is the Adizone outside gym , .. it is occasionally used by old and young .The River is a little known river called the Thames.
Just imagine , playing basketball in the shadow of Tilbury Power Station, and "cocking a snook" at all them Essex vagabonds and thieves as you slam dunk to your hearts desire .... or not :)
They have a Power Station .. WE have an outside gym :)
