Royd Moor Turbines

These are some of the wind turbines that stand colossus like on the tops of the hills close to where i live.

I was going to wax lyrical about them but i recognise that might be a combination of too little sleep and too many spirits this evening so i'll spare you that.

I do find them a strange draw however, and to sit beneath them and listen to their Arcadian rhythms i find strangely evocative.

I know they aren't to everyones taste but hey, i like them!!!
