THE FIRST DAY OF 2008.....

I was up at about 09.00am, there was no sore head or hangover, so that was good.

I went out with the dogs, and left the camera at home, as it was quite miserable looking and grey. Then I wished that I had it in my pocket as there were lot's of nice big fat water droplets hanging from the trees.

So far I have spent the day watching old movies, and cracking on with the shawl that I am knitting for my daughters baby. She is telling me that there is plenty of time, but I know how fast time seems to fly, and that April will be here all too soon.

I hope that you are all enjoying New Years Day. This made me feel quite cheerful this morning.
