Lean on me.....

A quiet day today.

This large boy came in for his health check and worming treatment prior to flying to the continent. He belongs to the lady in the picture and is her Assistance Dog.

He has a specially made harness which she uses to aid her walking and help herself up when she falls.

He was an absolute star, completely unfazed by the examination as he originated in the USA and has been through this procedure many times.

He was however momentarily distracted from his work by young boisterous puppy in reception that wanted to play with him......hence the movement in the shot.

Not my best work, but he is this lady's hero, as without him she would not be capable of living independantly.
