Today sadly James and Allie and kids are heading back home. The morning as spent tidying, a show the kids put on to thank Jimmy and Susie, taking photos of all the cuzzies together.

As usual things were a bit of a rush, especially as Sue and I decided to squeeze in a dive before James and Allie left so they could take some scallops home. So at 12 we jumped in our wetsuits, dived in the bay, got 80 scallops, raced back in, cleaned 30 for them to take home, had a quick lunch, then at 1.45 they headed home. Phew! The we had to complete the cleaning of the remaining scallops. Have to say, cleaned a few hundred these holidays, and while they are super tasty (my favourite seafood) it does get a little laborious!

Then with everyone gone I thought a little work around the property would be good. 1.5 hours to get a mower working. Bugger, and then an hour mowing, lots more to go. Then a quick swim in the sea to cool off, and finally a cold beer.

And yet another beautiful evening dining on the deck admiring the view.
