Wishing My Life Away

It's that time of year when I realise that in a couple of months I'll be helping to haul a pulk through Norway, Finland & Sweden and that all this chasing round after birds hasn't actually done that much for my stamina. So out with the exercise bike and for thirty minutes I wish my life away.

For the record today's effort was worth 17.869km which was exactly the same as when I started in 2009, but worse than in 2010, however I've started a couple of weeks earlier this year - probably my guilty conscience kicking in.

My bum hurts now!
