Snow day

25 centimetres of snow expected by tomorrow morning. So glad that I don't have to leave the house today. Schools and businesses started closing down before lunch. I am experiencing my first snow storm of the year and it is a big one.
I could have blipped what I see out the window but it would just have been a white rectangle... so I chose to take some shots of the only plant I have in the house. It is a good size umbrella tree that I tried to give away when I moved here but no one I know wanted it because it takes up too much room.
Anyway, I am glad to have something green around on this white snowy day.
