Commissioners' Flag

This is the headquarters of The Northern Lighthouse Board in George Street, Edinburgh, tonight flying the Commissioners' Flag.

The flag is interesting because it is the only British flag still to use the pre-1801 Union Flag, before the St Patrick's Cross of Ireland was added.

This flag is only flown from vessels with Commissioners aboard, and the board HQ.
