Looking Uptown

From Battery Park City. Sorry about this one, it's like zero degrees wind chill tonight down by the Hudson River. Couldn't get it right. Couldn't feel my face.

--Same view as last year's blip -- I did plan that. Interesting how last year had ice on the river tho and this year none -- even though much more snow this year (?)
