Cover Blown at the Market

It's blowing like stink in North Leeds today. We were going to walk to the monthly market at Oakwood Clock, but in the end drove through the wind and drizzle. I know, I know - fair weather walkers!

Despite the conditions there were plenty of stalls. We bought organic carrots and celeriac, fresh with mud, vegetable samosas, diced venison for a stew, damson jam to go on the soda bread Rebecca is just baking and free range eggs.

Now to read the papers and do a bit of back garden birding.
