A visit to Grandpa L in R.I.E.

This old Box player had us in stitches. He has some less than PC sayings and the lads had a laugh with him. Hope it cheered him up, as he isn't too well .
He has an amazingly down to earth attitude to his illness and although he isn't happy about it, he has organised everybody and all his affairs. He now is preparing to go home and wishes to play the piece he is memorising from his magazine.
And he will.

An earlier visit to the Outlaws' was great and cheered up further by the wee-est nieces.
A dash to my Parent's and a quick wash and set for Mum, to look her best for the visitors from the east tomorrow, which also seemed to cheer her up.

Picked up the boys after they tried to enjoy suffering from exposure on a hockey pitch and loosing to boot. Chins up boys.

A whirlwind of a day really, but we were all together and enjoyed it.
