Day 16:Nepal

Still heading down. We are sick of the mist and the damp now. They have beer and steak in Kat. The thing about this route is it is totally isolated until you get to Lukla. The trek to Everest Base Camp gives you better opportunities for a nice meal and some creature comforts. We are 16 days since the last shower and are really feeling it. Dawn hasn't spoke to another woman for over a fortnight.
