Oscar and I sealed the deal today; he has agreed he will never, even for one moment consider donning a Spurs kit!

He has also learnt how to prepare a chicken for roasting and has had his first lesson in how to use basic seasonings.

Tomorrow I am going to show him how to make a roux.
