Vomiting golden lion type thing

Not quite sure what it is and - to my shame - not quite sure where. The Dutch parliament perhaps (having a quick look at wikipedia).

Had a great day strolling the streets, taking lots of photos. Went to see the new Mike Leigh film 'Another Year' at the rather nice Filmhuis, not a happy film but a lot more enjoyable than 'Happy Go Lucky'.
