tempting bears

A withdrawal from the Blip bank is always welcome even when it's a shot I had forgotten was in there resulting in no net decrease of the must-blip-that-sometime-s constantly in the mind. I've been trying to not wear out the Water of Leith Walkway as a long-way-home-walking-route so haven't walked eastwards along Saunders Street in the dark yet this winter and so had almost forgotten about the nice mix of greenishness and orangey around the grim grey buildings (which must come as a nice surprise to all the tourists walking along the walkway after the nice quaintliness of the preceding Dean area (and the nice oldstoneysteps jut along from St. Bernard's Well)). Unless they hit it at just the right time late on a summer evening when the gritty greyness is cancelled out by the yellow beams of sunset. Still, who knows what tourists look for in their riverside walks? It certainly isn't peace and quiet given the volume at which they insist on yapping whilst walking along such riversides.
