Ice Storm

I am putting ice cleats on my boots right now to take the dogs out. (These are metal spikes like shark's teeth attached to a rubber net that slips over the soles.) Wearing these is the only way for me to get out the door.

The driveway is a skating rink! All the trees are coated with ice. It's beautiful, but limbs are falling and the roads are super slippery.

We are expecting subzero weather later this week.

Winter has definitely come to New England...
