Out of the Pantry #19

I was gripped by the urge (always a pleasant experience in life I find!) to bake earlier this evening so I trotted down (well, more of an amble really!) from the studio, where I was doing battle with some annoyingly resistant copper wire, to fire up the oven. I made little lemon cakes and some peanut butter biscuits. I think I may have blipped the biscuits before so I plumped (another pleasant experience!) for snapping the cakes and, look, I even made an effort at presentation and included a lemon! lol Still a rubbish shot but hey, you've got to give me a point for at least trying! ;o)
