World Buskers Festival about to begin

Every January over a period of about 10 days, Christchurch hosts the World Buskers Festival in various locations throughout the city. Tonight is opening night. Rather a grey day, threatening drizzle and rather too cool after the very hot weather we have been having.
Hopefully the weather wont dampen everyone's enthusiasm
