Golden sunrise

Caught the sunrise this morning. It's beginning to look very spring like now :) Not feeling too spring like today though, somehow I think I have managed to sprain a muscle in my neck/shoulder and just feel really yuk in general...so, no walk out moor for dogs and no work, unless the painkillers and heatpatch kick in soon!
