Second Generation

This is my old Second Generation iPod, c2002. It sits on my desk connected to loudspeakers and works very well.

It has no colour, no video, no touch screen, no dock connector and is 22mm thick. The 20GB disk was the largest available at the time.

The FireWire only interface may become a problem in the long term as these become harder to find.
