eye in the sky

no this is not an eclipse...

but a sun dog or sun halo.

The black dot in the middle is a sticker I borrowed from daughters sticker book and stuck on the center of my lens in hopes of stopping direct midday sunlight entering lens and burning a hole thru the sensor, or something bad like that!
