Christmas is over!

Well I've fianlly had to admit that the festive season is over. The decorations are gone, the chocolates are eaten and I'm back in work.

The only reminder is that all my clothes now feel a LOT tighter than they did before December and with a ball coming up and a dress to fit into I finally had to relent and drag the trainers out of the cupboard, put them on and get down the gym.

I'm sure it'll get easier after today :-(
