Langdale Pikes from Elterwater.

We decided to escape from the freezing fog today. So we headed South to Elterwater near the Langdale valley. This was where Joan ( After the rain ) first got me blipping in November. We started with a coffee in The Britannia, then we walked to Skelwith Bridge for soup and cheese scones at Chesters!It was frosty at first...and cold...but on the way back the sun came out and warmed us up. Chloe made a new friend...Zac, a Cocker Spaniel! She really enjoyed her swims in Elterwater!
