Wilson's Plover...

...at least, I think so. I am very bad at identifying small shore birds, but this is what I think he is. I am sure one of you experts will put me right, if I have made a mistake! Also, I would say he is Mr Wilson, as he is out and about in the daytime. Mrs Wilson is incubating the eggs, but come night-time, they switch, and he sits on the nest, while she goes foraging. They don't get to see a lot of each other that way, which probably means they get on really well.
