Floppy boot stomp

Went to Brighton today and saw the houses R and J will be living in next year. Both look like excellent student houses within walking distance of sea and town centre and with plentiful pubs, off-licences, and shops close by. Many of the streets round here have very colourful houses.

I took a few hasty pictures as we walked around town, of shops and of local celebrity George IV in front of his pavilion.

Brighton Marina is a fun place to wander round. Among the hordes of expensive-looking boats that seldom get taken out there are fishing boats that see regular active service, as testified by these boots out to dry.
