Winter Blackberries

Some of last autumn's fruit is still rotting on the brambles.

It has not been the type of day for going out photographing new subjects. Eight octas of strato-cu. all day. Instead, I stayed indoors and worked on my painting that is going into an exhibition next weekend. Too dark, so I lightened it - too light so I darkened it - Oh well! back to square one.

Late afternoon, I popped out to the local waste ground and captured this image.

Now that it is dark, I see that all cloud has gone and it is a brilliant night for star-gazers. Nothing is just as you want it when you want it. Such is life.
