Building a house in a gap left from the Civil War... well, I'm not sure if the gap was there for that particular reason, but it seems likely as there was a lot of damage done to the village.

Building Catallan style:-

Start with all the floors, supported by forests of acros.
Then the roof.
And external walls.
Lastly the internal bits.

It works.
