The tropics of Indiana

My mom is a metal artist: she's a welder. One her pieces is a big metal palm tree. This one is little, though, being only 4 feet tall.

It's rainy out. Where's the sun? I'd rather it be cold and sunny than warm and rainy.

My neighbor eventually got the memo and took down the blow-up decorations. The lights and stuff are still up, however.
