Double Action

When I'm sick, I'm usually sick for 2 days or something. On friday when I started feeling a bit sick, I bought this "Repsils - Double Action" thingy hoping I would get better twise as fast. Turns out today it's monday and I'm not feeling any better, rather worse! Now I wonder what it means... Double Action!
