Mimi's Bakehouse in the Shore - Natalie and dad

Day off (hurrah!) so have taken the opportunity to visit Mimi's down at The Shore in Leith after reading a number of good reviews (also, we are coffee and teashop addicts!). It is a family owned and run place with Natalie and Mike out front and mum doing all the hard stuff in the kitchen!

Had the French toast with bacon and maple syrup and it was magnificent - will definitely be back!
