Amazing what a new day brings.....I have officially stopped being sick! And it feels good.
Driving to a dentist appointment this afternoon (not so good) I looked over the hedge to see this flock swirling against the clouds (pretty good). Amazingly the best view point was from a passing place on the single track road so I could stop and blip without holding up traffic (fortuitously good). Straight from the camera - tempted with monochrome but thought nature had done it pretty well anyway!

I looked up collective noun terms for birds to create a witty title - my brain is a little slow still so here's the link instead. birdies My favourite is the 'murmuration of starlings'
