Midsummer's Eve

Today I was asked to pick out a picture that epitomised how I felt about becoming a student again (nice icebreaker). Here is the picture that I chose. It's beautiful isn't it... I have searched for it and found that it is called Midsummer's Eve and was painted by Edward Robert Hughes circa 1908.

A very enjoyable day and a find I wasn't expecting to make.
